The second run of books have been printed in the United States. You can buy them through the Tattered Cover. Ignore the precariously low stock levels they have listed. I assure you, they’ve got more books than I have friends.

I promised to inundate the United States with books, but the books done disappeared on me quicker than I knew what to do with them. Lawrence and Gibson have arranged for a special, new, U.S. print run, which ought to be arriving at Tattered Cover’s doorsteps within a matter of weeks, if not days.
